October Fest

Despite our not-so-fun start to the month, October ended up being filled with activities that we hope will be the beginning of many fun traditions.

Aunt Amanda's 26th Birthday Party
We had Mexican night, complete with Coronas, Latin music, and tacos!
Biggest Balloon Ever
On Chef Duty
Andrew and Kristen
Andrew and Jack
The Birthday Cake
Blue Toothed Sisters

Fall Festival at Delaware Valley College's Farmers Market
There was a huge pumpkin weigh off - the heaviest pumpkin was over 1,100 lbs!

Can you find our little pumpkin?

The Pumpkin Patch at None Such Farms
Mike and I had fun reminiscing about our trips to None Such as kids, and were in awe of what Pumpkin Fest has turned into... petting zoo, pony rides, live music, corn maze, food trucks, etc.  We can't wait to take Andrew back in a couple years!

Hiking at Penny Pack Park
Mike found a great place for hiking near us - Penny Pack Park. This led him to search Craigslist for a heavy duty jogging stroller so he could take Andrew "off roading". He found a B.O.B. for a great price, and with a good cleaning, it's as good as new.

We also carved our pumpkins.  Stay tuned for the finished product!

  1. Looks like you did a great job carving that 'pumpkin'!
Did you pull a wagon all over the field?
